Before founding Nimble Law PLLC, Kat served as a litigation attorney at several prominent law firms in Western New York, litigating cases in courts across the country. In those roles, she advised clients on a broad range of matters, including business disputes, intellectual property infringement, insurance coverage, contract enforcement, and negligence claims. With a background in both business and litigation, Kat approaches every matter with a multifaceted perspective—allowing her to identify legal risk and deliver practical, experience-based guidance, tailored to each client’s goals.
